  • Dr. Harman Chhina
    Primary Veterinarian

Dr. Chhina is a bay area native – where she grew up in San Jose. She is the leading veterinarian and one of our clinic owners. Following the completion of her degree, she began practicing at busy hospitals for some time, bringing her to a realization for the need of a more personable family practice. As a result, Dr.Chhina decided to venture out and open her own clinic. She has tremendous dedication towards her patients and clients, as well as working each case with the utmost compassion. Testimonials

  • "We highly recommend Dr. Chhina and Selina at Concord Veterinary Clinic.  We were apprehensive at first to use a new veterinarian for our fur baby, especially since she is a senior dog, but they far exceeded our expectations!  We had been to 3 different Vets before we found CVC, and  we knew Princess was in good hands with our first visit there!  Our dog needed dental work, extractions, and teeth cleaning.  They were professional, caring, and reasonably priced.  We could tell the staff was not all about the money like some were, but they truly love what they do, and their expertise is top notch!  While Princess was in their care they gave her a lot of love and attention, which meant a lot to us.  Also, both Dr. Chhina and Selina called to see how Princess was doing after she got home.  Thank you Dr. Chhina and Selina for taking such good care of our Princess!  We truly appreciate it!"

  • "First let me say I was inspired to write this review by the bad review posted. I'll get back to that later. First let me say i've been meaning to write a review for a few weeks now. The doctors thier are amazing. Especially Dr. Chhina. Her staff is also very sweet. There's a new member of the staff I had an issue with. I brought it up to the doctor and she handled it. Dr Chhina will always go above and beyond for her clients.  I really believe that. She sat on hold for 45 minutes waiting to speak with a specialist for me. My dog has an issue that's been a lot of time and effort. The fact she's put the time in  that  she has for my girl means she has a client for life.  I'll go ahead and say it  I'm not a rich guy   That definitely goes completely against the bad reviews thoughts. I made that clear and  not once did I feel I was getting lesser care because of it. She knew what my dog means to me. I feel she's gone above and beyond to put my mind at rest on occasions.  Oh and doing the job I do I spend a lot of time at different vets.   I can tell you that telling a new client cold over the phone exact info about their dogs care is impossible.  Without actually seeing their animal or having any records it's kind of hard to tell you exactly what shots you need. . The review above was being a bit unrealistic with their expectations without even having their animal seen yet. This is coming from someone who's spent 28 years in pet Care  I've been through every situation in a veterinary office with an animal . Good or bad bad being Apollo vet . Trust me when I say this is one of the best hidden secrets in town. I just worry they will eventually get too popular and I won't be able to get such quick appointments anymore."
